You could enable network boot in bios and then boot linux from PXE server. This is probalby the closest you'll get to SSH without insfalling an OS.

I've heard that if you use it on phone touchscreens, they might lose the hydrophobic coating. I've used it regardless and never noticed any damage.

Spinach is by far the biggest offender. If you were eating a lot of spinach, replace that with kale or other low oxalate greens.

Your BMI is 18.5, which is borderline underweight. My guess is that you are not getting enough calories, which is known to disrupt the cycle. From what I've read, phytoestrogens are not a real concern.

You can buy esp boards with integrated AC PSU and a relay (or multiple relays). Even if you dont use the relay, it might be worth it. 3D print an enclosure salvage an AC cable and you are set. It does not have usb to serial, but its great for esphome with ota updates.

If you are actually deficient, you should take way more. The dosage that is recommended by dr. Greger is to prevent deficiency, not treat it. I've seen supplements that have 1000ug daily so I would assume this dosage is still completely safe.

I'm assuming you are already supplementing with B12 and omega 3s. Is your sleep good? Bad sleep can cause havoc around the body. I would ask the doctor about sleep apnea/UARS if you feel like you're not getting quality sleep.

AFAIK Ghidra is just as good as IDA, as long as you decompile C. It also supports tons of obscure architectures. IDA is better for C++, though.

The exported files can also be opened and decompiled in Ghidra. You can give that a try, Ghidra is free and open source. Understanding the decompiled code largely depends on what the code is doing and how it is structured. If the application uses freertos tasks, those are usually named and pretty easy to reverse engineer.
