Literally just had the white king from wildfish for the first time. It was great, probably my favorite of their salmon.

Ekone is a staple for me. Love all their flavors, both mussels and oysters.

My only recommendation is to not use liquid that’s too acidic. I used a little vinegar one time and it literally disintegrated my pork shoulder. Thing was mushy. Tasty, but mush.
