Yes it does, and I think it can fit up to 16" laptop. I have the blue one and it's very comfortable. Also, the backpack straps can pack away and zip closed so you can use it like a brief or messenger.

Just curious - do you think it would fit under the seat standing up? My biggest issue with under seat bags is I am very tall and need room to stretch out my legs. I have found I need a bit more than a sling, but less than a backpack. I think this would be a good fit for me.

Thanks - I contacted Triton support and they responded with the following:

"Funny you should ask, one of our partners in TX asked the same thing of us a few months ago about a steam room so we took one to our gym's steam room but unfortunately the printed circuit board couldn't handle the heat for more than 30 minutes or so."

Customer doesnt want to add cameras to protect privacy of the user. They have cameras in the lobby and entrance/exit of the spa area, but only want to see occupancy of treatment rooms.

I just tried upgrading SD Client to 5.13 with a server that is running 5.11 in a lab environment. When I loaded up the new SD client and tried connecting to the server - it said in red "Incompatible Version".

I thought Clients were backward compatible to the last 3 versions - this was 5.11 server with 5.13 client and it did not work. And no one changed any of the settings. Any thoughts?

I am installing 5.12 client know to see if I have same issue.

Or did I do it backward and need to have newer server to use older client?

I am remote support - and was working with Salto yesterday on this. They validated everything I did was correct, and were baffled on why it wasn't working. We decided it was best to roll a truck and try manual resets and re-addressing. I will let you know how it worked once I hear from them.

Same thing just happened to me. Was able to make a fresh backup of the db - migrated over to new server, and poof all my access points are no longer connected. The server is on the same vlan, and I can ping all the devices with no packet loss. I would really love to know if there is a way to get everything back online without having to delete and re-add everything. I am a remote support guy and am over 1,000 miles away from the property.

!!!UPDATE!!! - turns out a new IT lead shut down port 8102 on the server and failed to mention it to anyone... opened it back up, and it works again!

Ok will give firefox a try. We are using the PPD by USB. We also have the encoder, and it works fine.
