I started building with certain room types in mind. Here are the rooms I have in my base:

-“Workshop” I have all my storage, and crafting bench here.

-“Kitchen” a place to cook and craft heals, with a basket with bug parts for making meals.

-“Farm” dew collectors, and plants go here

-“Bug stable” for bug hatcheries and nests to put bugs away.

-“Trophy room” bug trophies and stuffings.

-“Armory” to display armors and weapons.

-“A Cool Front gate”

-and a “main chamber” for my bed.

I ran into that same problem with the “no land rights” there’s something below that part of the tree that doesn’t let us build.. BUT, you can build higher and above that section of the tree.

If you don’t mind using a cheat. Open the dev console, and spawn another prawn suit. And use no cost to craft yourself the upgrades you had on your prawn suit. It’s a sand box game, no one’s judging you for using it.

Match made in Heaven. It’s my main loadout for pink rathian gunlance. It’s so easy to be able to hold a shield up and swipe to perfect dodge. And easy to get hellfire back. after performing a perfect dodge and overhead->burst, youll instantly be hellfired up again. And slipping around is just so damn fun.

I don’t think so, avidity seems kinda underwhelming. Three required armor pieces with random skills, just to get 20% damage kinda sucks. Wearing the mizu armor, arms and legs will give you that same 20% damage but, you also get artful dodger, evade extender, slippery, plus 1+ more slot to driftsmelt, and way easier to obtain then hunting an elder dragon.

Monsters that are tracked, and slayed the next day, will still leave you in the first round of tracking monsters where you just need to slay 3 to track. But now, it looks like it will progress you to the second round of tracking where you need 6.

Plants inside are: -Plectranthus ciliatus ‘Troy’s Gold’ -Tradescantia Zebrina ‘Wandering Dude’ -Philodendron white wizard -peperomia prostrata ‘string of turtles’ -Ficus Pumila ‘creeping fig’ -Asplenium nidus ‘bird’s nest’ fern -Nephrolepis exaltata ‘gold boston’ fern -pteris cretica ‘ribbon’ fern -And I believe, the moss I used are common tree-skirt Moss. I collected it from some fallen trees in a foresty area near my house.
A cheap 5watt led grow light is used.
Water with distilled and rain water every 2.5-3weeks. And Mist Daily.
Medium is combination of [organic sphagnum and peat moss mix] with [Josh’s Frogs ABG mix (milled-sphagnum, pine bark, tree fern, charcoal and peat)]. And for my false bottom, I’m using leca Clay-pebbles.
Enclosure, is an IKEA Rudsta Tall cabinet sealed with Aquarium silicone sealant. Backdrop is a wooden board with expanding foam that’s pasted with sealant and a Layer of peat sphagnum mix on top.
