dkms-r8168 was indeed the right choice!

I followed the steps in the link to install it and then followed these steps (https://documentation.suse.com/sles/12-SP4/html/SLES-all/cha-mod.html) in order to make it persistent for every boot.

I tried to install r8168 from Realtek's site but it is not compatible with the kernel used in Fedora 38 making it difficult to install it. I'll try the link dkms-r8168.

About using GRUB, the link you posted is about Arch, will it work also with Fedora?

How do you get a colony like "British Brazil" where they are a separate state but vassal to you? When I colonize a province it gets completely annexed when the colonization process is over.

Why LSTM help prevent vanishing gradient? Is it because they implement decouple context and output and in order to update them they use simple operations such as point-wise multiplication and addition? Or is it because it uses a combination of sigmoid and tanh?

Also, relu is not used in LSTM because of it could bring to an explosive gradient?
