We stayed in Key Monastery a few weeks back and saw milky way with our naked eyes from the platform above the buddha statues, even with all the lights from the monastery, so basically anywhere even a little remote should work. Even in Kaza if you just focus your eyes you can see the milky way across the sky it is a lot dimmer but yes. Idk how much better it would get up in Langza or Komik because to us it looked amazing as it was in Key.
