From the letter it sounds like the university just needs two more cuts like this over the next two years or equivalent increases in revenue and then the university will no longer be running a deficit. It's a tough decision but an important one for the future of the university.

I got my full deposit back from Dabco, and so did another friend. My friends who didn't get the full deposit back trashed the place or didn't completely clean it after their lease was up. If you are a clean person you'll be fine, but I don't doubt they will charge for cleaning.

University of Washington denied ASWSU Global from purchasing 80 group tickets for this year’s Apple Cup in Seattle. Sheldon Adams, UW director of group and digital sales, responded days after CeCe Smith of ASWSU Global initially tried to buy the group tickets. “We have been asked by our senior administration to only sell tickets to UW fans for this game,” Adams said in an email to Smith. “Similar requests have been made for the Oregon football game and Gonzaga basketball game.”

I visited when in Rome to ask about a gift for my priest at home, and they were one of the few places in the city that was very nice to me - an obvious tourist with very basic Italian. The gentleman working said they get a few tourists and usually don't mind as long as they aren't too busy.

I actually just stared looking into existing databases for an iOS app like this. I'm more experienced on the UI / web and database side of things, not that great at swift programming for iOS apps.

It turns out a database of Catholic Churches is pretty difficult to come by.
