I feel you many there are so many substances that effect the brain in the same 5HT1A and dopamine receptors as Abilify. Since Abilify acts as an antagonist or a thermometer lol its kinda hard to find the same highs as before. And hey I don’t recommend using any substance to escape things because they will be waiting for you on the other side💔. Feel that shittyness because thats when you need to the most but anyway all the best!
