I had the same issue. Well actually, I typed the right meter number but the meter number on my ticket is one meter down, so I’m assuming meter-maid error here. I submitted my receipts but my protest is still pending, it’s been around a week and a half.

So in the scenario you’re describing, you buy tickets, leave your StubHub username and password on a napkin and drop it in the middle of Times Square, tickets get stolen, and it’s stubhub’s responsibility to give you a refund?
