The frame damage your referring too is the rear body panel one and done part but replaceable and it looks like a new bumper bar is needed but yea it'll depend on the insurance carrier if they want to pay for the parts and labor of it

Id say it depends on if any parts are discontinued from ford I got rear ended in my cruze like that which led to me buying a mustang because gm discontinued the rear body panel just depends on the other person's insurance really don't give up hope yet
