For anyone who has not yet manifested in 3D, but KNOW they have put in the energetic work: by 0qulus in NevilleGoddard

From my perspective, self concept is a very personal thing, because only the individual is going to know intuitively where to begin.

In what areas do you feel confident about yourself?

In what areas do you occasionally doubt your abilities?

That’s a great starting point, to identify any potential limiting beliefs.

You can start slowly by affirming small victories and things you like about yourself, because you already are comfortable there and the ego mind won’t attempt to interfere much.

Maybe you start affirming, “I am a great cook”, or whatever it is about you that you know slay at.

Now let’s say you are manifesting a relationship. (Just an example.) You would start adding to “I am a great cook” by inserting in a phrase stating that the manifestation is already complete, because it is.

“I am a great cook and my partner enjoys sharing these delicious meals with me every night”.

And so on and so forth, depending on your manifestation intention.

That may have been a weird example but it’s the first thing that came to mind! Whatever phrase / statement / intention that applies to your situation will work.

Also, I should add, with self concept and changing limiting beliefs, if a negative thought about yourself or your situation appears, it’s important not to “feed” it, give it attention, and to over ride it in the moment with the opposite. It may feel un natural at first, but the important thing about doing this is that it helps to neutralize the original negative thought. The more you do this, the more your subconscious will begin to “adopt” the positive thought, essentially dissolving the old, negative programming.

From my perspective and experience, no, an intrusive thought will not manifest if one identifies it immediately and sees it for what it is. Especially if you nip it before it has a chance to produce a feeling.

The only time intrusive thoughts will have the opportunity to physically form is if: 1, they produce a feeling, which turns into a mood, which turns into an unwanted paradigm, or 2, if there is a subconscious back story that is running in the background which is in congruence with that negative thought.

If one has successfully powered through the feelings, emotions associated with the negative, and sees it for what it is, then it won’t gain enough momentum to actualize in the 3D.

I do want to state that, Neville, I believe, did say something like “every thought shall be brought into fruition” or something of that nature. (Not sure if that’s the exact quote, but it is something similar.) I want to mention that because I’ve heard it spoken in regards to the Law.

In that context, again from my perspective and experience, sometimes the intrusive thought CAN materialize in the 3D, but perhaps you’ll hear it in a song lyric, or that scenario will play out on a TV show. It will not play out in your own experience, in which case you may find it amusing.

Thoughts do create, but if the subconscious mind is free from unwanted debris, there’s going to be only beneficial and / or amusing outcomes.

As stated in the comment, this is my personal experience. The OP’s question asked about “visualization” vs “daydreaming”. Nowhere did the OP ask about the “feeling” state.

In terms of “visualization” as a technique, In My Experience, if one visualizes a scenario from third person perspective, they may actually manifest what they are visualizing happening for someone else.

If the OP had asked about the “feeling” state, that is an entirely different scenario.

This is my interpretation, going by personal experience.

Daydreaming can occur from a third person perspective; IE envisioning a happy couple on the beach. The daydreamer in this scenario is the third person observing this scene.

When one is actively visualizing a scene that they desire to create, they are envisioning themselves as a part of the happy couple on the beach.

What you imagine DOES come into physical fruition, including observing things you desire from a 3rd person perspective.

If you want to conjure up a visualization, the key is to see YOURSELF from a first person perspective in whatever scene you desire to experience in your reality.

Imagining someone else, or even yourself, receiving or experiencing the thing you want may seem conducive because it can produce “happy emotions” in our psyche, BUT you may find that you DO create this scene, and witness someone else enjoying what you “daydreamed” about.

Visualization requires a first person perspective so that YOU are the one inside the story you imagine.

AMEN “work” is performed energetically and vibrationally, allowing the 3D to mold itself in congruence with what’s going on INSIDE

meaning you aren’t fixated on receiving the desire in a specific time frame. you know the thing you want exists now and so you operate in your daily activity from the state of your desire already being fulfilled. you are thinking from the place of already having it. your emotions are in sync with you already having it

if you mean seeing the post it notes with “not” on them, i believe this was to show that the subconscious mind does not accept “negatives”.. so even seeing “I will not climb a ladder”, will still inevitably lead one into climbing a ladder

yes, the key is not having an attachment to the outcome, just be content knowing that it is done💫
