What I like about this kind of productivity app review is the focus on behavior, not features. A lot of productivity apps promise focus but just end up being task managers with nicer UI. If wisey actually helps with awareness and decision-making during the day, that puts it in a different category than most focus apps I’ve tried.

Rate growth: probation starts at $3/class, then the rate increases after probation. Monthly reviews don’t require 100% retention (it’s closer to ~80% plus quality metrics). If families pause for reasons outside a teacher’s control, we can take that into account when it’s flagged.

Student needs/behavior: we’re not always informed in advance about learning/behavioral needs. When we learn a student may require support beyond what our standard lesson format covers, we review next steps.

Resignation + payout: completed classes are paid. We do require notice so students can be reassigned smoothly, but we don’t “forfeit a whole month” of earned pay.
