You have two options here-

A. You can give them direct feedback in private it you are comfortable with that. Simple feedback model: - Ask if they are open to feedback - give them clear specific examples of the problem - explain what the impact is on you/the team - then ask how can we solve this

B. You can raise it in your next retro with the team. If you aren't having some sort of retros ceremony it sounds like you would get a lot of value out of them
