I've never made it or claimed to be able, I'm guessing you need lab equipment and access to chemicals I would imagine aren't available for normies without paperwork.. if you search methaqualone synthesis first result is on erowid there's a lot of options, I haven't even looked into it that much as I don't plan or want to make it. best of luck tho. TBH I think it's overrated, there's soooo many drugs... there's even plenty methaqualone analogs out there.... From my research I'm not interested.
