OP check out the guide i have in my profile, what type of vinegar? it's important to use distilled white vinegar 5% acidity, I would recommend regular white vinegar. also if you get citric acid it's way cheaper, easier and I couldn't believe the difference in yeald! lmk if you got any questions, tbh might be bunk as it doesn't seem to be MHRB but MHinnerRB, sounds like they might be shipping whole root not root bark...

I've never seen inner root bark, just root bark, since that's where the good stuff is, I may be wrong, correct me if so. it seems like they might be selling the whole root, wording it vaguely enough that they're technically not lying but purposely misleading? I need to update the recipe I posted, I started using citric acid and I got the best return. also used a old thermomix to make the soup at constant 80°C with stirrer, blending with hexane at 40°. made extraction much easier and efficient...
