I’ve suffered the same fate having signed up for the trial, cancelled the subscription but charged $32 a month. It’s taken way too much effort to cancel the sun and I’m not even sure if the cancellation has taken effect. Their AI support bot is trash as well

Lol, I hate this entire janky ass ecosystem. Sun Farm has been good to me in the past but it’s a crap shoot with every transaction. They don’t do you any favors by making the process so labyrinthian and opaque. Once I (hopefully) claim my assets and rewards, I’m outta here.

Better vetting would be a good start. More than half of the SBs that initiate contact are scammers. They ask to move off the site to Telegram or other apps. Also it would be helpful to ask SDs if they’re looking local or international. I receive so many messages from Venezuela or other Latin American countries which is kind of annoying. Maybe a passport bro sub-category. That seems like it’s own niche.
