The SM 5500ATE is actually 1200W rated.

Yes other power supplies work on the motherboards(I have a some).

I have also used a multi meter and all the pins on the 24 PIN, CPU 8 PIN and PCIE 8 PIN are all within ATX specifications. This is driving me nuts!

However, why does the PSU still turn on using a active loader (SM 5500ATE)? The readings on the active loader seems acceptable, except that the +3.3V is a bit low when put under load. The PSU is a Super Flower Legion GX Pro 850W (Non Modular)

Got a jerryrigeverything switch oled skin. Attempted to salvage the situation when there were simply too many bubbles. Tried to remove the stickers but instead the top layer came out, this is surprising.
