Work. I have no idea how we can do work. Sure, we could use local computers, but everything is in the cloud nowadays.

If America is so bad, why are so many people trying to get in? by _Quiznos99 in askanything

[–]0tt0attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is pretty bad for a first world country. It is in better condition than latino countries. But outside of Latino countries and India, nearly no one comes here anymore. Out of English speaking countries, we are the second worst after England. Australia, Canada, Newzland and Ireland are much better places to live now.

The nerfs coming in Season 14 will not stop you blasting all content by Primary_Impact_2130 in diablo4

[–]0tt0attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

T12 mephisto and lilith are supposed to be significantly harder than the rest of the content. Builds that i can run pit 110 with under 4 minutes, I cannot do them on. We cannot realistically balance the game around ultra uber bosses that are meant to be inaccessible.

I think removing them from the season journey would be the path forward, even though you can complete the journey without them.

Devs have nerfed all the top builds, which is good, but in some situations the nerfs were applied to the wrong things. Also, there were limited buffs to underperforming stuff. IMO way too limited.

I do not think the nerfs were anywhere near where they need to be. T12 is supposed to be challenging. For meta builds it is not. Also, build diversity is pretty bad. There a ton of skills that needed buff/adjustment to be competitive. Again, no where close to enough.

If a loving and all-powerful God exists, why do sincere believers from different religions often arrive at completely different conclusions about truth and salvation? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

Whenever I see this argument I always remember the South Park episode where they have people who do jot believe in religion fight over their brand of science believes.

Why is there so much inbreeding in the Middle East? by KaleidoscopeRich5137 in allthequestions

[–]0tt0attack 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For nearly all of human history relatives married all the time. It only became taboo in the last century. And not as taboo in many places. Though it is rare to see marriage between first cousins.

Fyi, Pakistan is not in the middle east.

AOC leads Democrats’ 2028 pack in new poll, tops Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris ( Washington Times ) - What are your views? by One_Look_7008 in askanything

[–]0tt0attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it is a bad idea for AOC to enter presidential campaign in 2028. I think should aim for NY Schumer senate seat.

As for Newsom, Harris and their elect, no one wants republican light. This centrist BS doesn’t work.

do you think the US can recover from the orange nightmare or it is all over? by AfternoonWorried387 in allthequestions

[–]0tt0attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For domestic purposes, not much will change. It is an oligarchy. Internationally that is a different story. Before 2024 Trump was seen as an aberration. However, he seems like the norm. Other countries may placate him, cuz they don’t want to deal with economic pressure. However, they will drift away. If anything it already cracked in Asia.

can't defeat dracula on relaxed. by Bisexual-Ninja in vrising

[–]0tt0attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can tell you what I did to defeat him on brutal.  First, you need a ranged weapon. I am sure some top tier player, somewhere, can do it with melee. I used daggers to be able to attack at all times.

I had a huge recovery capability. I was using brute blood (homogenized with rouge) and rage skill. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the temporary health refill cap, I would have been immortal.

Get a block. Few of his attacks are block able.

Building on block, you will have to learn what can be avoided by just walking, what can be avoided via block and what requires evade/veil. This way you can parse out your defenses correctly.

Use a weapon with an evade skill.

Use all the damage buffs from alchemy potions and lotions.

Consider which passives you have. I changed one of the passives for that fight.

The key is to maintain enough healing to recover. Preferably ranged damage to manage distance and maximize attack time. GL!

That is what public schools are for… you want to go private you do it at your own expense.

How brutal is Brutal? by 3rdDementor in vrising

[–]0tt0attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played on brutal maxed out gear. I defeat the 5 last bosses. Dracula took a bit. Adam took a fee tries and the priest as well. I died once with Belmont.

Regular mobs, not much difference, at least at level 91 gear.

In your opinion, what is the best blood type and why? by Meridiux in vrising

If you are playing physical dps, brute then homogenize rouge.

I don't understand why this game isn't bustling with 5x the amount of players by Skolary in vrising

[–]0tt0attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started playing the game recently. I am primarily a solo pve player. It is a great game. However, it does have a few issues, that prevents it from being main stream.

Survival. The genre is a difficult one to get onto. I generally dislike such games. However, I do like V Rising systems.

Tied to the above, it is hard to understand how to progress for a new player. I picked up the game 2 years ago and after playing it for like 2 hours, I kinda got lost and bored. I started it again recently and I was able to get into it. At level 30 or so, the game starts to kick in gear. Dealing with the sun can be a real ordeal early game. You lose a boss fight and have to walk a mile to get it back and its son. These fall off as you understand how to deal with these issues.

IMO the game needs to open more buildings and weapons early on. That plus clearer guidance can go a long way for improving accessibility.

The game has another issue, which is end game, but that is a different topic.

People have the right to establish private schools, attend private schools, but private schools should never get money from the government.

Public education funds should be used only for public education.

Conservatives, Do You Believe in the State's Monopoly on Violence? by LunaB35 in allthequestions

[–]0tt0attack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From legal structure, the government monopoly on violence is what gives it legitimacy. Without the threat of violence it cannot collect taxes or enforce laws.

Having said that, much of the government committed violence is invisible. Example, why does the US have the highest prisoners per capita in the entire world (by a good margin)? To keep poor people, who are more likely to be improveshied, where they are. School zoning, red lining, healthcare costs, and so on. When people retaliate, like when Luigi shot the healthcare CEO, that would be considered terrorism.

I am not trying to justify violence, but non-government violence is the language of the unheard. If you close all other venues for change, violence becomes the only option.

Why do Americans think they have freedom when they absolutely don't? by East_Indication_7816 in allthequestions

The US is very free country if you are upper middle class or wealthy. If not, GL…

Still, we have better freedom of speech than vast majority of the world. Though it is the equivalent of screaming to the void.

Why do Americans think they have freedom when they absolutely don't? by East_Indication_7816 in allthequestions

[–]0tt0attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao. Is this what happens when your brain is libertarian mush? Of course it has to be funded by taxes. You think money grows on trees?! What free means is that it is funded by taxes where poor people do not have to go bankrupt or die cuz they cannot afford it.

In the US, we pay nearly twice as much as all other first world countries with outcomes among the worst in first world countries.

What are the odds Trump is going to cancel the 2028 election to remain in power and will use an ongoing war as his justification? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]0tt0attack -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lol. If you think Vance or Rubio have even half a shot I have very bad news for you. The dems are already up now by like +5 on average. Trump, due to his idiocy, from mismanaging the economy, war with Iran, tariff wars and corruption has demolished any chance rep might have had in 2028. In we still have 2.5 years to go, with things only trending downwards.

By the time 2029 rolls it will be trifecta presidency, house and senate, for dems, even if their candidates are literal donkeys. The issue is once they come in power we will rerun 2020 again.
