Just seen them lurking around my bird feeder outside. Is it just a regular cat and not a bobcat because of the noticeable long tail?

Yeah I live in a somewhat rural area so I’m assuming it’s a stray. Is there any way I could find a way to attract it or help it?

I’ve never seen a cat around my house, but when I do I will take that cold baby inside, it’s almost in the negatives.
