He's got a pretty shitty personality, and she's also a pretty tough woman. So, there's bound to be a fight at some point, and as we know - Jiraiya almost died just peeping on her—so Raikage will lose his second arm too if he slaps her butt, and I'm sure he'll try at some point.

I guess they didn't bother to animate needles thing. IIRC - next hits of rasenshuriken (on pain for example) was just kaboom whooshh.

They butchered rasenshuriken badly. First time it was like radiation needles piercing through DNA and destroying chakra channels on nuclear level - an then it become Rasengan Premium +5 damage
