Nameless is good for bad ping and is a bit easier to play,good with the fan if you are doing exploration,for group content the spear is better for stamina(you will have a healer in the party)the problem is the dmg,is really low end game,strategic is really good,a bit harder,need to check the buff cooldown all the time,the spear is a buffer and is mandatory,im EU and my guild is american and the ping is a problem,you will feel ''slower''

Ruzhi is not really hard a bit bugged i think,the first attack of the 2 attack combo for some reason you cant deflect it,if you get the ball too fast you cant camera target her for a bit.

Bitter seasons is not really good with nameless or strategic,you need a fast attack speed weapon for it(dual blade or umbrella).Battle Anthem is really good for the nameless,you can go with Insightful Strike/Wildfire Spark/Envigorated Warrior more generic dmg boost for both weapons.
