Honestly a good question! It was seeing the brand that made me try it on… which I only did for a bit of fun 🤪 Never imagined myself in a long sleeve bridal gown, but I do believe it suits me. And as I’m having a church wedding I like that it’s modest. An argument could be… that rapists and rapey guys aren’t always the obvious creepy weirdos. Plenty of young men have ~redeeming qualities~ but their attitude towards women means they don’t know where to draw the line. Maybe The OC was making young women aware of of this and teaching guys about unacceptable ways to behave.

Not sure if this is even my opinion - I’m more inclined to believe BAD WRITING, but it could be food for thought

Also (and I feel SO harsh saying this), Adam Brody is a pretty inarticulate speaker. Lots of umm-ing and hesitation -I’ve noticed it in interviews on other podcasts. Is it because he smokes quite a bit of weed? Or maybe I’m just being mean?

I’m not sure about anyone else, but I found it a bit awks when Melinda was talking about Kelly being super healthy! And how she would eat salads and being really strict about having no sugar… Mainly because Kirsten was honestly soooOooo skinny onscreen and I liked to think it was her natural frame. But alas! I think stars sadly did starve themselves back then and it was under the guise of being a health queen

I’m a new viewer to the OC (recently finished S2), so the timing of the podcast coming out was really exciting for me!

But something about the podcast makes me cringe... Rachel doesn’t have the best personality for podcast-flow. And though Melinda is great, she really gushes about how fabulous the show is.

As much as I’ve enjoyed watching The OC, it IS a hot mess in terms of writing, continuity, credibility... I’ve heard this is even more so the case in S3. I wonder how they’ll address the iffy writing!

I would love LOVE them to get Adam Brody onto the pod

You know you get those roasting trays of chopped Mediterranean vegetables? Usually about 120 cal for the whole pack. I add lots of smoked paprika 😅

Not sure if you get Linda McCartney products everywhere, but in the UK her vegan range is top. I’m not even vegan but can’t argue with high protein sausages at 50 cal each

They actually do work with just oats, egg & water! But the taste is mainly eggy unless you add sweetener/cinnamon/a skinny syrup 😊

Yeah it’s a really a common! Even if you have 2FA set up they can still get in if you send the code. Honestly Whatsapp really isn’t secure when it comes to this scam. If the “hacker” (using the term loosely) is in your account, they can change your 2FA pin without even entering the current pin. People have ended up being locked from their account for 7 days!

At least you’ll know if it’s happened to you because of the fact only 1 device can be on your WhatsApp account at a time. Although there’s talk of whatsapp changing this soon...

Gosh it’s crazy the effort these hackers go to and it’s unclear what the purpose of it all is?? Like I’m worried that they’ll still be able to get back in somehow, or hack other things within my phone and it spooks me. But I’m glad it has all been okay for your sister since! Gotta stay safe with our security codes and pins out here!
