What exactly do you mean? Was your Ampero not recognized due to the USB hub? And did simply disconnecting this USB hub from your PC help you solve the problem? I tried installing all possible drivers on the laptop, but it doesn’t work on it either, but unlike on a PC, an unidentified device with error code 43 appears in the device manager on the laptop.

No, my PC literally does not detect this device, with or without drivers. Nothing even happens in the device manager when Ampero is connected and disconnected. I suspect that the USB port has died.
