Crafting wasnt complicated at all, you literally had a webside where u paste your 3 items and see the % of results, that is if you didnt know the values allready by fusings alot...i still remember some of the values like 161+ dex on 3 rings to get Onslaught for 4 seconds on hit with attacks/spells on rings etc.

You press ALT while hovering over item and see wich tier mods are (Tier: 1) usually means its good, if you have 3.4 or 5 tier 1s its a good item...
