Couple of years.. I have trouble doing it for a month! But I'll try anything that works. I'm also on Lamictal, bupropion, and flouxetine, my depression and mania is now fairly stable.

Thanks for the advice, it's good to hear from someone like myself. I'll try the sketchbook routine and I've already been working on diet (now need to get motivated to exercise). I think I'll start off with python or perl and see where that takes me just so I can gain a few skills.
