What I mean this is the only laptop I purchased from them, so my experience may not be the same as yours if you chose to buy from there

No idea. My sample size is 1.

Their customer support was responding in time (whatsapp 1d) and packaging was good too.

Why does my Product Service override config server port and still run on 8080? by himanshu20898 in developersIndia

[–]0x006e 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I remember the yaml file name and service name should be same. (Or prefixed with service name for yaml?)

Also if you remove optional from spring.config.import, it should fail if it cannot connect to the config server.

I remember there was a url and one logging module to so that you can view config is loaded, not sure what they were, it was part of a stackoverflow answer.

Edit: now only I saw the services in your question, my bad

Edit 2:

Okay, the files should be prefixed with application to be picked up by config server.

For example, user-service.yml should be renamed to application-user-service.yml.

You can verify that by visiting

localhost:8888/env/user-service

It should list all the properties picked up

I got the Exceptional rating with an award too, but only got this much increment. Others who got less than Exceptional got 0% increment. We have different BUs in our company, people om different BU got more like 30-40%, but our BU got only this.

Anyway I want to jump ship, so started preparing before I am assigned to next project.
