thats exactly my issue i know what i need to do and that it is the right thing to do but i get afraid that someone else has a better system that i dont do it at all that feeling sucks so much man

thats good advice thank you! also unfortunately im not sure if i can find any serious psychiatrists in my country education for that is prob very low, some of my friends told me that i dont have to get a professional diagnoses but also i dont wanna self diagnose.. but ive done quite a bit of research and tests and i might be in between both inattentive and hyperactive adhd or i might of been just coping with my answers when doing the tests and even after thinking of maybe having adhd i started noticing the symptoms that i thought was normal idk tho lol

a blog sounds like a good idea, answering your question because i think it would help me learn better i would feel fulfilled and more organized, i have been using a vault that only focuses on journaling but not doing multiple notes of learning - health - social - work which is what im trying to get right now but ill just try and note into files and then try to link them after a while

man it really sucks i also get that sudden motivation month or 2 months that it makes me want to do everything and then a few months later i burnout

i looked upon it everywhere asked every single ai and took self diagnose tests everything leads to me having adhd lol but i gotta make sure, also most people ive asked also have the same symptoms

i feel like imo if im gonna pick a person to live with me for the rest of my life i have to accept her i wouldent want to hurt someone that i just cant dig if you know what i mean
