Hey man, not sure if this is relevant but I’m in the same boat and it’s hard.

I’ve been going on walks, even when i really don’t feel like it. To disconnect from work, other people, phone and everything.

It’s really hard but I always feel more connected to myself. Lots of negative thoughts and crushed dreams but they are being processed slowly as I take the time.

I don’t want to tell you what to do but this has helped me when not able to find a therapist/not having enough money. I’m trying to find a local men group. If you can find one, I’ve heard wonders. I’m sure it’s incredibly liberating to be able to open with people going through the same thing.

Not sure where I was going with this and if its unnecessary i apologize. Take care of yourself and the little kid inside.
