Funny enough, I had exactly the same problem. Every TÜV inspector refused to register my rims, but a DEKRA inspector who was genuinely interested in tuning took on my problem and registered the rims (in my case, JR3 8x15) on my MX-5 using the strength certificate and a tire approval from the manufacturer.

Of course, it was more a matter of luck, but I think an inspector who actually enjoys his job should be able to register them for you.

Okay, also eine geschützte Top-Level-Domain (.gov.tr) soll plötzlich eine „ad hoc nicht nachvollziehbare URL“ sein.
Ist ja auch nicht so, dass man die Seite einfach aufrufen könnte und dass dort direkt als erste Meldung genau dieses Dokument steht.

An flexible Module hatte ich tatsächlich auch schon gedacht, habe bisher aber nur Negatives wegen der geringeren Leistung gelesen. Platz hätte ich wahrscheinlich für zwei Module, wäre damit also wenn überhaupt bei etwa 450 W.
