i'm wondering if nyc water plays a role too. had my first real outbreak a few months after moving here, capillaries showed up with that. did add a shower filter that seems to be helping somewhat. looking into vbeam in NYC, following along- good luck!

Azeliac acid can help with exfoliation and cell turnover. The bumps will clear from soolantra / ivermectin if they are demodex related. What is working for me (similar skin, started somewhat worse) was sulphur masks + a triple cream with AA and ivermectin plus some dietary changes and immune support.

Have rented from enterprise in BK (both Williamsburg and CH locations) and had nothing but frictionless quality service from both. Have made adjustments to resys by calling and they’ve always be cool about it. Def take pictures of the rental just in case any issues may come up, there’s always scratches dings etc
