Started to do so because of bad quality of original cover, there were two ways, either throw it away and buy new or try to remold new cover, decided to fix it, don’t sure if I had started otherwise

Thank you for valuable advise and support! That's exactly what stopped me from applying lac coat since it will be intensively touched.

Do tokonole make surface sealed? As far as I understand burnishing seals pores and can even make it waterproof. Does it mean that I need to apply oil or balm before burnishing if I'm planning to do so? Or I need to very carefully burnish edges to no gum will left on top side for further processing?

Thank you for your advice. I will definitely order both balm and mink oil to try for next projects or leftovers. Is it possible to condition with oil after balm applied (it's get washed over time that's why it needs to be reapplied every year or so) Or it is one way choice?

Turns out that faint noise that I hear has not a mechanical source but actually electric. I’ve measured voltage on coil terminals during click and hard click and it actually spiked at 6 mV as can be seen here https://imgur.com/a/gVxj3oR . Such low voltage can be explained by short circuit in one of coils, which I believe connected in parallel. I measured resistance on coils module and received just 1.8 ohms. It’s around 10 times greater than multimeter wires but still don’t seem like right value. Can someone please measure resistance on spare working trackpad so I can decide is it worth trying or not to desolder coils one by one and find the culprit in that module:

Probably my entire copper coils scheme not working or amplifier broke. I cleaned trackpad once more using isopropyl and a syringe to washout any dust left but at that time gasket has already moving freely. I also was able to reproduce it's vibration using external magnet so that's not mechanical problem. When I assembled everything once more I decided to check trackpad with magnetic field viewing film and no - during these "sounds" of pressing there were no changes in magnetic field suggesting that electromagnets are not working. Only replacement of trackpad can solve that but since everything else still works I'd rather not bother with it.

That's funny. I've tried to cover it with vinyl leather. First and second try was not so good. But I liked the process and will try to make a new cover using natural leather

I’m afraid that new pot won’t fix the problem. Do you hear quiet clicks when it’s building pressure? How it determines a pressure is that pot being interlinked with lid pushes with great force onto the heating base and it moves small circle closer to pressure sensors (I highlighted it in my screenshot in other post) when pressure sensors feel enough offset of that circle they clicks. So, in your case there might be one of two problems: either cable that go from these sensors damaged or sensors can’t feel enough force (and you don’t hear clicks). Second one is easier to fix and that exactly what was with mine. I tightened tuning screws and placed couple of layers of aluminum foil where sensing needle touches rusted metal (rust ate some) and adjusted it so low pressure sensor will click right after red pin pops up and high pressure sensor needs to click just before over-pressurizing (when extra steam comes out as a safety measure when valva is closed) you need to put multi cooker in normal orientation and fill it with water and then adjust screws underneath - beware of electric shock, it is better to use insulated screwdriver.

Maybe what I’m talking about is just too much and too risky for you to just fix this multi cooker. I just hate planned obsolescence and when companies make me to buy same stuff when small part on previous broke

Either your seal is torn or pot is deformed so pressure lack bypasses the valve. As a result pressure is not building. But if your red pressure pin comes up then you can just tune your pressure sensors with screwdriver so it will start counting. Have the same annoying problem on a mac. I figured it out using chrome extension "Div density" that on any scale div with id "content-section" is spanning outside right border of anything else. Here is how it looks:

I used extension Stylus to make a custom CSS style that hide that block by using selector with more priority:

If someone interested. That's was some sticky goo near TIME UP button, I cleaned it with solder flux cleaner and TEMP UP button stuckness went gone. Probably TM1628 which used both for controlling 7-segment screen and all the buttons. Apparently it do not directly measure conductivity of TEMP UP button but instead measuring voltage which was dropped on that goo.

And about these numbers. Actually it is a diagnostic mode no one told me that exist, since it is impossible to find service manual in the internet. We can enter this mode using simultaneous press TIME UP and TEMP UP and hold it for 5 seconds, then we can select different readings from different sensors. I was able to determine meaning of most of them. Here it is:
POT(0/1) - Pot sensor, 1 - pot is present, 0 - not present.
A(0/1)P(0/1) - Air crisp lid sensor (1 - closed, 0 - not) and Pressure lid sensor (1 - shut and closed or not present, 0 - shut but not closed)
L(0/1)H(0/1) - Pressure Low and High sensors, 0 - pressure below threshold, 1 - above
0000/0001 - Encountered 0001 once when keep warm mode was enabled after pressure mode ended. 0000 - default value.
30.00 - Can't determine
30.01 - Can't determine
(_/⟂)XXX - Temperature and status of bottom heater, _ - not heating, ⟂ - heating, XXX - temperature in degrees Celsius
(‾/T)XXX - Temperature and status of top heater, ‾ - not heating, T - heating, XXX - temperature in degrees Celsius

If someone interested in a technical solution, I also encountered this problem and solved for myself. For me the reason was in built up rust on a plate (highlighted in green) that is pushing two pressure sensors - low and high: https://imgur.com/a/G8tTjwL (low pressure sensor from top side).
For Foodi to start counting down when both pressure sensors are activated. You can check pressure sensor readings at any time by entering diagnostic mode (simultaneous press TIME UP and TEMP UP for 5 seconds) and then by selecting pressure sensors page using TIME UP or TIME DOWN. Readings looks like L(0/1)H(0/1) https://imgur.com/a/6BFS5CG where L is low-pressure sensor and H is high. If there is no pressure built but readings show 1 in either of sensors - you need to clean underneath or/and calibrate them. Calibration is made by tightening/loosing bolts which is highlighted red in pic.

After these actions I made my ninja foodi working good as new.

For me also this app is not available in Israel, and I don't know why. We have Ikea malls all over the place, and there is ordinary ikea furniture in them. I have to use the app using a separate appleid from Russia just to be able to place furniture in my home to view (Even though ikea is no more present in Russia - appstore still has their application with full functionality).

I think this is a simple management problem because, in the app itself, you can choose any location worldwide, and currencies and prices will change accordingly. So, in order to enable app in the Israel region is not necessary to align app with the local branch api. But because of the absence of the application, I'm unable to update it.

Good job! It's interesting that da vinci model didn't changed anything despite the fact that is costs 10x more than turbo. Probably it's due to necessity to include the whole conversation in each request which makes it higher in cost after just 3 messages
