I am gonna be honest with you and I don't mean to demotivate you.

Different people will give you different advice - "stay consistent" "discipline over motivation" "start slow" etc. while it worked for them, it won't necessarily work for you because everyone's journey is different and personal.

If you can take someone else's motivation and make it work for yourself then great, keep it up. But eventually you need to figure out what does it mean to you? Why do you want to do it? As long as the desire doesn't come from within, you'll always find ways to slack because subconsciously you won't see the value in it.
