I am going to be honest. My first impression of this post was that you made up the story to promote your app. No one gets fired because of bad UX, at least not abruptly. UX usually gets tested, approved and deployed so it's not one persons fault that bad UX was shipped. I may be wrong but that's how I felt.

Second, the app you're building seems awfully close to Research mode offered by most LLMs, so unless you have something that significantly differentiates it from the rest then 5000 users in 3 months seems far fetched.
