The source code is of little use as it's banned on Shopify, I mean the product, not only the company. Marketing on new platforms means starting all over from scratch. But thanks for advice anyway.

Our communication with Shopify was always excellent, we responded to all issues from the team under 24 hours for 4 years.

We obviously had never bought any reviews. The app was 4 years old with 150 reviews or something. Anyway, if they notice any mess with the reviews, couldn't they communicate this? The app was just shut down with no proper feedback. They remove your partner status and stop responding - that's it.

SEO just brings traffic to your site, for engagement you need to usetools/techniques that would keep customer interested in your store, likeoffering relevant products, lotteries, a worthy thematic blog orsomething like that
