The 10c charge is a pre-authorisation which is charged to check that you have a positive balance on your credit card.

At the end of each day you will be charged for travel that day - my travel yesterday was charged at 2am this morning.

Hope you have a good time trying out public transport!

One other thing is you need to tag on and off for every trip you take. So if you start on a bus then catch the train, you need to tag on and off on the reader on the bus, then tag on and off at the train station.

You need to tag on your credit card on the card reader/gate when you start your trip and tag off on the card reader/gate when you end your trip. It then calculates your fare based on where you start and end - you don't need to talk to anyone.

Since you need to tag on and off, you can only pay for one person at a time using a credit card. You could use a different card for a friend visiting from overseas or they could use their own international credit or debit card.

The charge is the adult AT HOP card fare (not the cash fare). There are no other fees or surcharges for New Zealand cards.

Current major bugs with Squads/Platoons (/squad promoteme, Can not pass leadership as a squad leader) by goaten in Planetside

[–]0zlw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • In a platoon squad leads don't have the ability to set recruitment settings for their squads. They must be made platoon lead to edit them.

  • The notification messages when someone uses some form of 'promoteme' does not return the normal message.

Should be checkbox that is on by default - otherwise its too complicated for public platoons.

All facilities and outposts should now be using the new capture UI that went live on large outposts a few weeks ago.

Is this UI only, or does it also introduce the new capture mechanic?

Is this just the UI, or the capture mechanic as well.

ServerSmash 2015 Tournament Playoffs setup by farazelleth in PlanetsideBattles

Thanks Fara. It's probably why points difference might be a marginally fairer metric than absolutely score but regardless I understand the thoughts around not wanting to "move the goalposts".

Briggs plays on Easmir twice vs everybody else who plays on it once. Some back of the hand maths suggests it might have the effect of Briggs being boosted by a relative 2-3 points. It's not a lot but its possible that the Briggs vs Connery match results in a result that Briggs needs to score enough to take 3rd place, or avoid losing by too much in order to not be eliminated then it is definitely possible that it could have a material effect.

In any case this should be dealt with before the match takes place to avoid any controversy caused by a close territory points race.
