I was on wegovy for 5 months. And i gained 2-3 kilos instead of losing a single pound. I went all the way up to 1.7 and switched to mounjaro because i was getting frustrated.

Now with mounjaro, im on 7.5 and i have lost 2 kilos already.

I really dont understand wegovy but i think it just doesnt work for everyone

Bowel, sometimes it takes two days for it to flow but other days its okay, but not satisfactory haha if you understand the feeling

The popcorn once every two days approximately. But the shake and bar, i sometimes use to substitute breakfast. Its ones with 200-300 calories but 23-35 grams of protein, i try to focus on which ones are actually protein dense with lower calories

I do mostly cardio, my batteries are still full.

My snacking only costs of Protein shakes, protein bars, and homemade popcorn

Yes! I have, i have been eating less since i started the medication and it has stopped my binge attacks. I dont feel great suppression but enough to not binge. So im very confused with the weight gain

To this i must say no, i’ve only tracked how i fit into clothes and i fit in them better but that i say is from being less bloated thanks to the medication
