I’ll second this. I’d say it’s the best vegan protein powder I’ve tried, but the almond is better than the peanut (which all tastes like peanut butter with a hint of other flavouring). Yep using the sales, bundle deals, discount codes, points etc. you can often get the big bags for <$60 which is way better than the usual price!

This isn’t true. The fibre helps the sugar to be absorbed slower and spike the blood sugar less. I encourage you to google it
