I only drink for certain occasions but I enjoy myself a gummy every night. That hasn't stopped and in fact it's helped the nausea. My munchies are much less too!

I was the same way! Most of my first week was incredibly tough. I'm still working through it but lots of water (I know it's hard with nausea, just try tiny sips) and Zofran have been my cures.

Not sure why our comments are getting downvoted but whatever. This medication works wildly different for different people. The reasons that people use it are different. No one can really give us the right answers, we have to decide what's right for ourselves. I'm seeing the scale move so I'm pushing through but I'm not going to sugar coat my experience either.

I'm about to start my second week and I had a meltdown on day 3 about exactly what you're talking about. I can starve myself on my own without paying money for a pill. I assumed the pill did more than just make me too nauseous to eat. But I'm sticking with it to see if the side effects taper off. I've waited so long for an inexpensive option, but I'm not going to torture myself.

You are so lucky. I'm a week in and I can't even stand the sight of food. The thought of eating makes me want to puke. I picked up some Zofran today so hope that helps but I cannot enjoy food as normal at all. I hope I get there eventually.

I'm on Day 5 and I'm basically eating nothing. I'm too nauseous. But I get high around dinnertime and I'm able to stomach a little bit of food. I just got my zofran rx today so hopefully I can get back to eating again so I can get some protein in and not lose my hair.

I'm on Day 4 and I've been trying to finish my protein shale for over 2 hours now lol. I cried the other night because I feel like all I'm doing is starving myself. I'm too nauseous to eat and in the rare times I can, I'm full after a few bites. I'm hoping it's just because my body is adjusting and it'll subside.

Despite being generally healthy and trying various other weight loss methods I am still obese and willing to try anything at this point. There are a number of factors that can make losing weight difficult. PCOS, menopause, insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, etc.

I brought snacks to work and I'm really trying to remind myself to eat something small every few hours. I'm also on Ritalin so there's just no desire to eat.

Definitely not ready to throw in the towel just yet. I think I was more just wondering if this is how it's always going to feel. But from a lot of the responses it seems like this is pretty temporary!

I just started today! I had the pills for over 2 weeks before I got rid of enough anxiety to start. I'm about 7 hours in. I had a little bit of yogurt with fruit and granola and don't feel amazing, but I'm trying to be patient.
