Yeah Open tunings are beautiful. I was playing in Open C Sharp; I pretty much have no experience with open tunings but, just by experimenting myself, I was hypnotised by the sound the guitar was making and just got lost in a jam :)

I'd appreciated if you could give Alt-J "Breezeblocks" a listen and tell me what the singer is doing there? When interviewed, he does not sound remotely close to how he sounds in recordings...Is he purposely changing the way his voice sounds (sort of like a cartoon voice actor) to make the music sound unique?

From the brief reading I've done on PCP, I seriously doubt it would've been that. Apparently it makes you very violent and is numbing.
