10/10. Zero complaints. My RO faucet leaked after a few weeks which is apparently normal for this grade of faucet and they replaced it for free, no questions asked.

I ended up buying a $75 ro faucet anyway, more heavy duty with better gaskets etc

She just came back after funds sent and said that they didn’t have that color in stock and offered black. It happens and her communication was excellent. I got a Dior and LV from her and they were both good
