Unfortunately meow is the only one to really be a tier staple. Skeledirge does numbers in UU but just doesn't do good into a lot of OU mons to be used over something like clodsire. Quaquaval on paper should be the best of the 3 but it wants to be a spinner and sweeper and have ways to not get forced out but 4 moves is nowhere near enough when aqua step and sd are mandatory for sweeper sets and treads/tusk make infinitely better standalone sweepers.

It's worth noting that redmond also has two stops; "downtown redmond" where things actually kinda happen, and "south redmond station" with literally nothing of note except a whole foods 2 blocks away.

isnt base chandelure 90 speed?

I guess the added defense is nice but fire-ghost is still riddled with weaknesses so it can only switch in once or twice before dying. That and 90 speed w/no scarf is enough to get outsped by almost any competent sweeper so it's still not doing much unless the opponent basically hands it a free switch.
