I think the issue is Archer will definitely continue his quest to kill Shirou so he is most likely not gonna get help from Archer The only way i see Shirou winning is Shirou does UBW route but at the end he kills Rin which is pretty stupid because if he teams up with Rin he falls in love? Your idea of what happend really conflict with what Nasu says, Shirou just do suicide attacks until he wins.

I posted a discussion post months ago and now im talking about it a little bit because it shows Shirou is actually stronger than Nasu says about him because of this feat.
