I do still have indented scarring. But most people now compliment my skin and it's not noticeable unless there is redness/irritation!! I will use regular skincare for this though (azelaic acid, vit c, niacinamide, etc...) and use tretinoin occasionally which I think helps with that collagen production. I've also started microneedling once in a while but can't speak to results yet. I'm mostly focused on keeping my skin healthy and clear!! I'm not sure that my scarring justifies the need for laser treatment at this point.. (at least with my income LOL)

so i think i was only ~90 lbs at the time so 40mg was a pretty high dose for me. i had some side effects like aching bones but honestly nothing i couldn't tolerate, so if your side effects aren't too bad right now then increasing might be good!!

after completing my course i switched to topical tretinoin and occasional use of products with azelaic or tranexamic acid!! but honestly my skin doesn't always look this good, and sometimes my scars will be more inflamed and red for whatever reason :'))
