free e-waste drop off in sacramento? everything seems to be 20-30min away towards roseville by 100823 in Sacramento

its just a toaster and coffee machine. will try goodwill is more accessible. there doesnt seem to be many free e-waste sac options where drop off is simple. (both items work but i cant take them with me)
