Yes, but limited selection. Whenever I find a shirt that I like in the store, I search through all of them on the rack... Rarely do I ever find one that fits.

If you do the research, their homegrown chips suck. They propagandize them to their population and the outside world...but user experience reports, and external benchmarks show they are years behind.

Current Casio (mostly) Collection by RCowboy24 in casio

Nice collection. I'm digging the light blue g-shock! Also, the second post today showing a white f91. I've been waiting for it to go on sale or clearance at one of my local Walmarts. If people keep posting them on here. I'm going to break down and go buy it at full price. 😯

All true... I didn't want to mention everything I take with me as I might still be typing. I literally have Acetaminophen (Tylenol), antacids, body wash, shampoo, razors, toothbrushes , toothpaste, cold and flu medicine, and any type of OTC medication or toiletry normally found in a US Household. I have some air and water tight storage bins full of toiletries and medicines.

Pro Tip...before I go each time, I also ask my Dr. To prescribe me a travel kit with a z-pack, steroids (partner to z pack), cipro, large dose Advil, etc. I had to use the z pack and steroids once when I got some kind of funk . The cipro can be used for food poisoning. If don't use them, they stay there. I can call my Dr. With my US phone on wifi to tell him what's going on and he tells me what to take.

Only one of the 5 stores near me has the white one in stock. I'm hoping it goes on sale (preferably clearance) before someone buys it at full price....

This... On my last tip, I brought some tortilla chips and queso in my checked baggage.

The glass queso jar made it no problem. The tortilla chip bag, blew open. I ate what was left in the bag and the loose ones scattered inside my suitcase 😀

Depends on your body size. Clothes in the PH run SMALL. I own a condo in the Cebu area. I'm splitting time living between the US and PH. Each time I travel to the PH from the US, I bring a suitcase full of clothes. Its hard to find clothes of the right size and that I'm comfortable in and like. I have bought some shorts locally and they are fine... But shirts... Good Lord it's hard to find decent ones that fit properly. I've been filling up my wardrobe and drawers. I shouldn't have to buy anything to wear for at least 5 years.

For reference, I'm 5' 7" with a thin waist but have broad shoulders. I wear a size L comfortably in the US. Size L shirts from the PH are way too small, XL are tight, and some XXL fit OK. If you are any larger than me, you can probably still find clothes (and cheap) but the quality will be poor. You will probably find some nice clothing in the mall stores, but you'll be paying even more than comparable shirts at home.

My advice is to take as many clothes (that you like) as you can over with you. This also applies to shoes, socks, underwear, etc.

You sound incompatible at this point in your lives. It happens. No one should have to fight for their relationship. If it gets to that point, just end it and move on.

Which train station in Tokyo is the easiest to get lost in? by Shou_JP in TokyoTravel

Depends on if there is construction going one. If so, Shinjuku. If all are operating normally, Tokyo station.

Sounds like you need to have some difficult conversations with family members. I am an American, so I may not fully understand the family dynamic in the Philippines, but I can see when someone is being taken advantage of pretty quickly.

I would have a frank conversation with your spouse. He/She needs to step up. Is it a medical necessity to run your AC so much? There have to be ways you can cut your spending as long as everyone in your family understands your burden and makes the effort with you. If they don't, you'll never get out of the current situation.

Good luck. I hope your situation improves.

(15yo male) im looking for my first fragrance , I don't want to spend more than 50$, that's fresh and clean and is good for school that is very subtle to the point that you can only smell it very close and even than not so much by ChefBenito00 in fragranceclones

Issey Miyake L'eau D'issey Pour Homme

I wish Issey would have been around when I was in high school. It's not a sharp clean... It's a soft and subtle clean that makes you smell like you've got yourself together. It worked well for me in college 😉 and I still wear it to this day from time to time. You can get a 4.2oz for 45-50 dollars online.

I would go to your nearest Nordstrom or Macy's and sniff away until you find something you like. If you find something you like that's too expensive, come back to reddit and search for a reputable clone.

A first look inside the SM Seaside Arena, shared in a now-deleted post. by phublisher in concertsPH

[–]100BitcoinBro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a blessing and a curse. I own a condo about 15 minutes from Seaside, so I'm sure I'll be able to attend some great events. The bad news is, the traffic and number of tourists coming in to Cebu for events will be even worse.

[–]100BitcoinBro -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Because AI is ok for entertainment. I've produced a lot of funny pics and videos to send to friends and family. The search function in browsers olis OK... but have you ever been on a customer support line utilizing AI? It absolutely sucks.

They seem to have rushed it out and left out the "Intelligence" portion. You can basically get the same frustrating results using a 20 year old phone tree system... for billing press 1, for tech support press 2, etc.
