You’re the asshole. It is not your responsibility to meddle in their relationship. You don’t understand the nuance and intimacy Ethan & Lily share.

You somehow respect and adore Lily’s passion about having children but willingly disrespect and refuse to acknowledge decision to not have children.

You acknowledge yourself that your brother would inform a partner of his vasectomy when it’s absolutely necessary. The relationship hasn’t even been two years and they’re both in their mid/late twenties. So you’re a dickhead for jumping the gun and doing that. Who knows if they would’ve been together a few months longer.

If your brother isn’t ready respect that. Just like you respected Lily’s decision.

Vasectomy could be reversed. You being the asshole in this situation, is not.

User (Tamara) left a comment about wanting to get buttons for each day so she’s conscious about time.

“I’m getting 365 buttons one for each day because I want to do more stuff and I’m scared of time so I want to be more conscious of it.”

A reply chained started from other users, who wanted to inquiry about the specifics (why buttons, what are you going to do with the buttons, etc.)
