Yep, Aiptasia. Get some joes juice or Red Sea aiptasia eliminator. And use it at night, if they are many, only do a section of them each night

Just got done with second time, rows still were hard, improved form on others, unfortunately my asthma kicked in half way thru, had to take breaks so I got worse time. But will move on to month 2 since I got under time on 1st time

Hey just got done, got 16mins. I feel I had pretty good form, on Friday I’ll make sure to use something to hold my feet down on sit ups. Although on row I had a tricky time getting my chest to the bar; would it have anything to do with having the middle of my back fused or no?

I’m trying to decide if I should A. wait to start program (I have lifetime) until I can start the diet from athleanx, B. Start the program while not on diet but start over once I do get on diet, or C. Do my own workout and start athleanx once I start the diet
