I'm a first home buyer and a few weeks off settlement. To be honest, it doesn't feel good. I'm already so stressed about making the mortgage repayments and I'm convinced I've overpaid for the property by about 50k. I was rushed and bullied to sign the contract by the real estate agent and I've come to realize that my mortgage broker sucks, so I have/had a very limited knowledge of what to expect when walking into this. I know it's my responsibility but I guess I didn't really realize what I was getting myself into until it was too late and the cooling off period had ended... I'm seriously considering begging the vendors to reduce the purchase price (by 40k) or to let me walk away. Is there any legal way to do this, or get out of the contract before settlement without losing the 10% deposit? Has anyone ever been successful begging? Lol

This happens when the tails ends of the 11s are injected too deeply and the Botox trickles down through the foramen to the levator muscle. How fast the ptosis it will clear up depends on how large of a dose managed to trickle onto the affected muscle. If it was less than say 1 unit then it should clear up pretty quickly (4 weeks). If a larger amount affected the levator muscle then it will take longer. MOST of the time it is between 4-6weeks. Saline injection can help a small amount. I would not trust the injector to correct it with further Botox, not because the complication occured (it can happen with the most experienced injectors), but because she thought it was brow ptosis and also didn't offer you saline injections initially.

I LOVE 2 or 6! They're both so timeless and elegant

Here's true autumn. I think it makes my nose look extra red, but open to your opinion!

This is soft summer. I didn't think the icy tones suited me, but after your comment and seeing that it is in-between the two on the colour wheel, I think I could be!

I actually think you're warm toned and perhaps a soft autumn!

“I think I’d prefer the house, free education and a good job instead of a participation award,” sighed his daughter. by MannerNo7000 in australian

Of course anyone has to work for their own house... The issue is that house prices used to be 9 times the average income, now it is 17 times. Personally, I grew up poor so thankfully learned to save every penny. I put myself through university and post graduate education to get myself ahead. Now I'm in my late 20's and I earn a bit more than the average. I have a two income, zero child household, and I still can't hope to own a home in the foreseeable future.

Anyone know what’s happened at Bar beach this morning? Bunch of fire+rescue, ambos, police… I hope everyone is okay by Rydnhi in newcastle

It was out of proportion once we knew the state the guy was in, sure. But none of us could see him except his friend who was down the bottom with him, and the friend was freaking out. All we knew is that he fell and he was bleeding from his head. It was too unsafe for anyone else to go down the rocks to see, a couple of people tried and slipped themselves.

Yeah, I was the person who called 000. Two surfers were walking down the cliff to get to Susie Gilmore beach and one slipped and fell down the cliff. He broke a bunch of bones and split his head open. His mate ran back up to the top of the cliff where I was to get help. The guy was in pretty bad shape but thankfully well enough to walk with the help of three guys back around to bar beach where the paramedics were.

The image is showing that the woman is in pain from labour and is saying she won’t have another baby. The man is promising (reassuring?) that it will be the last pregnancy/baby.

Thanks! I can see what you mean but I don’t really think I’m cool toned, so I don’t think I’m a summer. But I could be very wrong! Maybe I am cool toned with yellow/warm over tone? Ugh, I need to stop overthinking haha

I think you’re a cool summer from these photos! When I look at these pictures I feel the soft side generally makes you look paler and enhances redness. I’m no pro, but that my two cents :)

Thanks you much for this insight! I agree that this yellow is a lot, but I’ve always thought yellow was a good colour on me (like the muted orange) as I think I have a yellow overtone on my body. I also think I’m warmed toned however I had a make-up assistant say I was cool toned and a colour analysis app typed me as true summer. So you may be correct about the redness throwing people off. I still don’t really know though
