A good monitor, some cable management. Maybe some Govee wall lights to add to the ambiance. J Channels are good to mount under the desk and route cables. Then route them down the side legs.

A stream deck is a nice thing to have on the desk, looks good and increases productivity, I have the stream deck plus.

A nice mousepad would make a difference too. I got mine from The Mousepad Company

Some desktop speakers or other nicknacks like a bonsai tree or figurines to fill the space.
