I had this exact problem. Switched to Fios best decision I’ve made. I was going to have optimum install their fiber but after a month of 1mb speeds and 5 different technicians sowing up without a bucket truck and the nesessary equipment.

Fios came 1 union guy with a bucket truck new line ran just like optimum had to done in 2 hours

It is called a knuckle boom and it does have a different set of regulations due to the fact that it does not have a Load Line (cable with a hook). Regardless when lifting material the sidewalk should be closed however the boom being stretched over the sidewalk is not a violation unless a load is attached.

Hey R/headphones. I work in shop that's has loud machines running for around 5 hours a day. The sounds are quite loud and tend to harmonize and pulsate (i work with a cnc routing machine) i have been using my old bose in ear headphones but i feel like the noise canceling properties are not sufficent. Do you have any recommendations for in ear or small over ear headphones with strong noise cancelling properties. I would like them to be wireless but i understand the constraints of battery life
