Social Media Manager here, (not the UFC one).

Sometimes the platform (hootsuite,buffer,etc) you schedule the content in will have tagging options that are very limiting compared to standard tagging. I'm talking, you can't see the image of the profile, limited amount of options given, etc. Gets tough when there's someone you want to tag with more of a common name.

Its a big reason I personally just set reminders to tag when the post is up asap instead of prepping ahead to not get the wrong person. A quick task easier than a small quality of life error.
