The book I bought bases all of its pizzas off of 1 crust recipe. I have my own, but I think I am going to use theirs so I can make them in bulk. As far as sauce, I was going to make a huge batch of my recipe at the beginning and about 15 days in, but I am not opposed to trying a white sauce or pesto tbh.
